The Division of Planning, Assessment and Information Services (PAIS) at Claflin University undergirds overall institutional effectiveness.
The Mission of the Division of Planning, Assessment and Information Services is to:
- Provide necessary support and leadership in the development, implementation and assessment of the University’s Strategic Plan
- Coordinate assessment of all of the functional areas of the University
- Oversee student outcomes assessment
- Provide leadership on all matters of institutional and program accreditation
- Provide leadership in integrating technology into all aspects of campus life
- Coordinate all aspects of campus-wide faculty development in coordination with academic affairs

- Testing and Assessment Services
