Business Leaders and executives from across the state of South Carolina will exchange their thoughts on the present and future state of economy during the 14th annual Business Community Alliance Breakfast on Tuesday, March 27 in Ministers' Hall.
The breakfast will include a group of keynote panelists who will address the topic, "The Economy: Where Do We Go from Here?”
"Each year, the School of Business and our business advisory board invite the community to Claflin University in appreciation of their support for the institution," said Dr. Harpal S. Grewal, dean of the Claflin School of Business. “This year these premier executives will examine a topic pertinent to everyone - the future of our economy.”
The panelists are Dr. Stephan Bridges, agency field executive with State Farm Insurance; Robert Jennings, IV, vice president of sales and marketing at Zeus Inc.; Michael Johnson, president and chief executive officer of Cox Industries; and Jim Torgerson, regional marketing manager for WalMart Stores, Inc.
The breakfast event, which begins at 7:30 a.m., is free and open to the public, but contributions to the business school's scholarship fund are appreciated. To reserve a seat, contact Robercine Linder in the School of Business by phone at 803-535-5200 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by March 23.
