Interlibrary Loan Form
The Interlibrary Loan staff borrows books from other institutions for Library patrons if a book is not available at the Manning Library. The department is located on the main floor (Phone: 803-535-5306). Also, as part of the Alliance 2020 project, students, faculty and staff at Claflin University, South Carolina State University, and Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College may borrow books from each other's library.
Use this form ONLY if you are requesting a book(s), chapter of books, dissertations/theses, journal articles and conference proceedings.
For Book Request
Please search the Library catalog before placing a book request. Remember, your requested item could take up to two weeks for delivery. You will be notified when the item arrives or if we are unable to find a lender.
For Article Request
Please search the Electronic Resources before placing an article request. Remember, it may take up to 5 to 10 days for delivery. Depending upon delivery format, articles are sent via email or may be picked up from the library. Please call if you have questions (803-535-5306).
