EthicsPoint is a resource to uphold Claflin's standards of integrity and ethics on our campus. Available to students, employees and any others associated with the university, the tool facilitates the confidential sharing of concerns regarding unethical behavior.
How to Make a Report using EthicsPoint
Claflin University’s Compliance and Reporting Line allows for reports to be filed either online or by telephone. Both options will ensure anonymity as well as provide a comfortable and convenient means of reporting.
Use either of the following two methods:
Online
- Go to Claflin EthicsPoint and select “To Make a Report" (please note that this page is managed by EthicsPoint, not Claflin University).
- Select the appropriate category under “To Make a Report” and complete the options and questions.
OR
By Phone
- Dial toll free (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada: 877-319-8243.
- You will speak to a live operator who will ask you questions and complete your report.
After you complete your report using either method, you will be assigned a unique code called a “report key” and you will be prompted to choose a password. Write down your report key and password to check the status of a report and to check your report for feedback or questions. After 15 business days, use your report key and password to check the outcome of the report investigation.
