It would help greatly if you could attach a screen shot of the page with the error. Since the app has many pages, a screenshot of the page with the problem along with its URL address can help narrow down the source of the problem! Thank You for your cooperation.

In addition, the most likely cause of an unresponsive page is an older cached version of  itself.  You can resolve this problem by simply forcing a page reload by pressing the Ctrl and the F5 keys together.
