Get ready to ‘Stroll like an Alpha’

The Alphas at Claflin are hosting a “Stroll like an Alpha” event for female students.

 There will be three teams and each will perform in three rounds. The coaches have been working hard over the past month to get their teams to look the best and be able to win the competition.

Coach Khari Graham said, “I feel pretty good about the competition. As long as my team stays focused these last few days before the performance, we should have a pretty good chance of winning this year the whole thing.”

Participants are ready.

“I am most excited about learning new skills that the Alphas bring to the table. Also I am excited about meeting the new people that are on the team because I didn’t know everybody,” Anaya Peay said.

“I am excited about working with the Alphas learning their techniques and creating ones of our own, meeting new people and forming a team,” Jakhia Scott said.

This event will take place on Oct. 25 in the WMM auditorium at 7:06 p.m.
