Each graduate will receive an electronic file of them receiving their diploma from President Dwaun J. Warmack. The file will be made available to the student no more than two weeks after the ceremony.
For the safety and the courtesy of others, guests may not take photographs during commencement from the platform. The platform is restricted for graduates and members of the dais.
The use of a hand-held personal video camera will be allowed only if it does not obstruct the view of other guests in the audience.
