Applying for Housing

The incoming first year and new transfer student housing process for the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 academic year is NOW OPEN. Once your $400.00 Enrollment Fee is paid you will be emailed the housing application link and QR Code.

Claflin University housing assignments are processed on a first come first served basis. All applicants unable to be assigned will be placed on the non-guaranteed wait list for housing.

Residential Life Handbook

The Residential Life Handbook is your essential guide to living in the residence halls. In it, you will find information about services, facilities, procedures and regulations. When you sign your housing contract, you also agree to abide by the terms of this handbook, which is a part of the agreement. Please read it carefully!
